Homemade Bread with Butter
We make many different varieties of homemade bread. An appropriate variety will be chosen to start your meal. Often a seasoned compound butter will be offered to start the meal off right.

Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup
An amazingly simple soup of tomato, basil and cream topped with Asiago and homemade croutons.
Encore Salad
Romaine lettuce, grated Asiago cheese, onions, Roma tomatoes, and green apples tossed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Chianti Vinegar.

Browned Butter Pork Chop with Crisp Gnocchi
A double thick boneless pork chop sautéed and served in a browned butter sauce.
Meridians' Lamb Chops with Creamy Asiago Rice
New Zealand lamb chops stuffed with roasted garlic cheddar cheese, sautéed, and then topped with a lightly spiced tequila wine sauce.
Trout Amandine with French Thyme Rice
Whole boneless trout sautéed in garlic-butter then smothered with sliced almonds and finished with lemon juice & parsley.
Dessert Finale
Your Chef will prepare a different special dessert each evening ranging from Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé to a carousel of individual bite sized sweets. Your sweet surprise is served along with coffee or tea.
