We make many different varieties of homemade bread. An appropriate variety will be chosen to start your meal. Often a seasoned compound butter will be offered to start the meal off right.

Based on our Asian flavored chicken broth, we add chopped chicken, egg and fresh vegetables.

Prepared like our Caesar salad with whole romaine lettuce leaves, this version has a spicy dressing and is topped with cheddar cheese and croutons.

Salmon Lilliana with Tomato Rice
Crushed pink peppercorns and rosemary enrobe a filet of salmon, which is seared until just cooked through then topped with a cool tarragon cream sauce.
Caramel Lemon Chicken with Moroccan Potato Slices
Simple ingredients are blended with a technique that makes the ordinary extraordinary. Boneless chicken breast is sprinkled with finely chopped lemon and brown sugar before being drizzled with butter in a gratin. The whole is baked until a lemon caramel glaze coats the chicken.
