Homemade Bread with Butter
We make many different varieties of homemade bread. An appropriate variety will be chosen to start your meal. Often a seasoned compound butter will be offered to start the meal off right.

The Amuse-Bouche is a tiny taste offered to whet your appetite. Always a surprise, the Amuse-Bouche offers a tantalizing hint of what is to come.
Italian Cannellini Chicken Soup
White Cannellini beans along with chicken and vegetables in a rosemary scented chicken soup.
Lill's Chopped California Salad
Romaine lettuce, tomato, carrot, celery, onion, apple & pineapple chopped small and tossed with her Roquefort Bleu Dressing.

Herbed Prime Rib for Two with RL's Cheese Grits
This entrée can only be chosen for two or more people. The Prime rib is coated with herbs and slow roasted to perfection served with a side of horseradish cream.
Coquille St. Jacques with Shannon's Potato Wedges
A traditional French dish of scallops baked in a cream sauce with Lill's special addition of shrimp.
Chicken Pisano with Fried Potatoes & Peppers
Chunks of both white and dark chicken are sautéed with sausage, onions, and mushrooms in a rich wine sauce with a dash of hot red pepper flakes.
Dessert Finale
Your Chef will prepare a different special dessert each evening ranging from Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé to a carousel of individual bite sized sweets. Your sweet surprise is served along with coffee or tea.
