Homemade Bread with Butter
We make many different varieties of homemade bread. An appropriate variety will be chosen to start your meal. Often a seasoned compound butter will be offered to start the meal off right.

Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup
An amazingly simple soup of tomato, basil and cream topped with Asiago and homemade croutons.
Monochromatic Salad
Our fresh ginger dressing coats assorted “greens” including asparagus, Granny Smith apple, Napa cabbage, spinach and toasted pistachios on a bed of lettuces.

Aegean Shrimp Anita with Lemon Marjoram Orzo
Juicy shrimp strewn across a tomato onion ragu followed by Feta cheese and black olives before broiling.
Tomato Spinach Crêpes with Stuffed Vegetables
A lovely blend of spinach, tomatoes, & Feta cheese in a béchamel cream sauce rolled in our crêpes and baked.
Ambassador’s Beef Stroganoff with Noodles
Slices of beef and mushrooms in rosé garlic sour cream sauce.
Dessert Finale
Your Chef will prepare a different special dessert each evening ranging from Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé to a carousel of individual bite sized sweets. Your sweet surprise is served along with coffee or tea.
