Homemade Bread with Butter
We make many different varieties of homemade bread. An appropriate variety will be chosen to start your meal. Often a seasoned compound butter will be offered to start the meal off right.

Shourabat El Queema (Arab Meatball Soup)
Meatballs in a light tomato beef broth seasoned with cinnamon.
Japanese Shrimp Salad
Whole shrimp with Japanese cucumber salad.

Peach Pork Tenderloin with Szechwan Pepper Potatoes
Grilled pork tenderloin basted with peach cilantro glaze and finished with a peach & brandy reduction.
Teri Gogi with Three Citrus Rice
Korean beef marinated in a citrus sesame blend then formed into kabobs with fresh fruit and onions and grilled.
Chicken L'Epicure with Dauphine Potatoes
Chicken breast pounded thin and rolled around ham and Emmenthal cheese, breaded and deep fried.
Dessert Finale
Your Chef will prepare a different special dessert each evening ranging from Grand Marnier Chocolate Soufflé to a carousel of individual bite sized sweets. Your sweet surprise is served along with coffee or tea.
