General Information
A credit card is required to confirm reservations and for incidental and/or damage charges.
We offer five guests rooms - all have private baths.
All room rates include a full gourmet breakfast and complimentary evening hors d'oeuvres by request.
Dinners are available by prior arangement for an additional charge.
Our rooms all have a refrigerator and coffee maker for your private use. The refrigerator is lightly stocked with beverages for your convenience.
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions and allergies (food or otherwise) before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with an innkeeper and receiving a cancellation code. We cannot be responsible for a cancellation made by e-mail or by voice mail.
~ All cancellations will be charged a minimum administrative fee of $25.
~ 2 or fewer day's notice of cancellation will be charged the full daily rate for the first day of the reservation.
~ The full rate for the entire reservation will be charged for no-shows or if you arrive after the date specified or depart before the final date of the confirmed reservation.
~ As a courtesy for unexpected cancellations, if we can book your room/s for any or all of the days you have cancelled, you will not be charged for the days we rebook. Administrative fee still applies.
Extended stay, Group and Special event cancellation policy

~ An advance deposit of at least 50%, paid by check or money order, is required.
~ All cancellations will be charged an administrative fee equal to $25 per room or 15% of the confirmed reservation, whichever is greater.
~ Greater than 21 days notice of cancellation -- deposit returned less the administration fee.
~ 21 or fewer days' notice of cancellation -- you will be charged the full daily rate throughout the entire confirmed reservation.

Double Occupancy$135-230
A two night minimum stay is required for holidays as well as weekends in May and October.
Any discounts available may not be combined with other offers. State & Local taxes will be added to your bill.

Check-In and Checkout
As a family business, we plan grocery shopping trips and other household chores around our guests' arrival times. Our standard check-in time is between 4:30 and 6 PM. If you need earlier or later check in, we will be happy to make individual arrangements to be on site to meet you.
